These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the e-commerce website (the “Website”).


2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products, including drones, accessories, and electronic equipment from DJI.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


3. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Website at the time of consultation.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of errors or omissions, the Seller shall not be held liable.

Products are offered subject to availability.


4. Prices

Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the Website.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices may be displayed exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on the customer’s location.
  • Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.


5. Orders

All orders are placed online via the Website.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • A previous dispute,
  • Suspicion of fraud,
  • Incomplete or incorrect information.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

Payments are processed securely via certified payment service providers.

The Seller does not store full banking details.


7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.


8. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal right (notably the European Union), the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise this right, except where legal exceptions apply.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused,
  • In their original packaging,
  • In perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.


9. Returns and Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • A deduction may apply if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.

Certain electronic products that have been opened or activated may not be eligible for refund where permitted by applicable law.


10. Warranty

Products benefit from:

  • The legal warranty applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction.
  • Where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty provided by DJI.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use,
  • Impacts, drops, or unauthorized modifications,
  • Normal wear and tear.

11. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages,
  • Improper use of the products,
  • Failure to comply with local regulations regarding drone usage (registration, authorizations, flight zones, etc.).

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify applicable drone regulations in their country.


12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


13. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, logistical disruptions, etc.).


14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
