REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Purpose

This Refund and Return Policy defines the terms and conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds of products purchased on our e-commerce website.

2. Return Period

Unless otherwise required by the law applicable in the customer’s country:

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

All requests must be submitted via email to: infor@mansare-store.com

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and provided items
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of excessive use may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects:

  • Electronic products that have been activated or registered with the manufacturer
  • Software or digital content that has been opened
  • Personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

For DJI-branded products, any activation or registration of the drone may limit the right to a refund in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Send a request via email to infor@mansare-store.com
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the product to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Defective products
  • Errors on our part
  • Legal obligations to the contrary

We recommend sending returns with tracking and insurance.

6. Inspection and Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days
  • If the product does not meet return conditions, a partial refund or refusal may apply

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is received defective or damaged:

  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Proof (photos or videos) may be requested

Products are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by DJI, where applicable.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to product availability.

If the desired product is no longer available, a refund will be offered.

9. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or product defect.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

In case of dispute, the competent courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
