SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

MANSARE provides delivery throughout Canada.

For any specific request regarding delivery outside Canada, please contact us at:

Any international shipping request will be subject to prior review (fees, delivery times, applicable taxes).


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free throughout Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

No additional fees are charged at checkout, except in the case of a specific customer request (express shipping, international shipping, or additional services).


3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped:

  • On weekends

  • On public holidays

In the event of an exceptionally high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended.

1. Order the product and specify the delivery address

2. You will receive an order confirmation message

3. Wait for your order to arrive

4. Collect your order at the checkout.

 

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is:

4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions)

  • Logistical constraints beyond our control

  • Weather conditions

  • The recipient’s location

MANSARE CLEANING SERVICES INCORPORATED shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.


5. Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once the order has been shipped.

The Customer may track the shipment using the link provided.


6. Receipt of the Order

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery.

In the event the package is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Incomplete

The Customer must:

  • Report reservations to the carrier

  • Contact us within 48 hours at: info@mansare-store.com

  • Provide supporting photos

Failing this, no claim may be accepted.


7. Incorrect Address

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at the time of ordering.

In the event of an incorrect address resulting in the return of the package:

  • Reshipping fees may be charged to the Customer.

  • No refund may be issued until the package has been received by our services.


8. Unclaimed Packages

In the event of an unclaimed, refused, or returned package:

  • A refund may be issued after receipt of the package,

  • Logistics costs incurred (outbound and return shipping, handling) may be deducted from the refund.
